Bart Reeves was branded with the Treble clef in his heart at the age of 10 and already chose his role in musical life. After endless cutting and pasting of audio tapes, he was discovered on local radio as a 14-year-old boy and only 3 years later became the youngest radio presenter ever for Radio Contact. He quickly learned to be a DJ on the basis of audio tapes, since he was still too young to enter the big clubs. His great example, Dick Van Gelder, ensured that Bart has the continuous driving willpower to keep on partying. At the age of 23 Dj Bart releases his first single, Wanna Play House. This track is one of the highlights of 90’s Eurodance in Europe and spent weeks in the highest quotations in 11 different countries.

In the year 2000 Bart (then still as DJ Bart) made his move to Bonzai Records, where he made the hit single “Things To Come” for his Residency (Tropicana Club Geraardsbergen), good for weeks of airplay on all major radios in Europe and numerous of DJ sets at home and abroad.In 2001 Bart became a resident DJ in DanceHall Webside, a club that, together with Zillion, became the leading discotheque Belgium had seen with 3D moving Light Sky.

Along with this new residency, there was also the new Dj Bart Track “The Message” and this was signed with, among others, the largest German label Kontor Records. 2003 the time had come for Dj Bart to change course, not only in terms of music genre but The Dj name was also changed to Bart Reeves.Since then, the fun times followed each other with a resum of Guest Dj Sets and residencies such as Het Feestpaleis, De Halleman, Arènchi Club, Het DansSalon, etc…

In 2014, the Track “The Message” was re-released on the occasion of the celebration of his 20 year DJ career and Bart is still a popular DJ with both young and old. He is taking up the thread again this year of making radio and now again makes numerous Itunes Podcasts and radio programs from The 80’s Club to FTH Podcast (with only Deephouse and Progressive Trance). His radio shows are broadcast by more than 30 different radio stations all over Europe.
